Which? have published their latest customer satisfaction survey for energy suppliers.
We (The Utility Warehouse) got:
Five stars for customer service.
Five stars for dealing with queries.
Five stars for value for money.
Five stars for bills.
A total customer satisfaction rating of 77%.
This is the third time this year we have been in Which? magazine and we have topped in all three surveys!
