I guess it's going to be a pretty good weekend here at Tinsley Towers, thanks to the BRILLIANT Mr Daryl Vickers and his team at Total Reclaim. He managed to reclaim a very tidy - no, unbelievable - £15K+ from my credit card company for mis-selling me ppi over many years. Daryl did all the work, and I recommend him to everyone. All I did was sign a form giving them permission to act on my behalf. I wasn't really expecting anything back, to be honest - these things just never happen to me! - but thought it would be worth at least finding out; there was nothing to lose. So I nearly keeled over when I found out how much he'd reclaimed (with interest added).

On Friday this was our highest ever ppi refund, however, today this was broken by a customer in Derbyshire who will be receiving £15699 from Northern Rock. And then broken again by a customer in Cumbria who will be receiving a ppi refund of.....£39,845 from Barclaycard!! Customer broke down in tears when I phoned to them the good news.
Now that will take some beating but Total Reclaim are up for the challenge. As I keep saying, I love my job!!
