A Liverpool company creating apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and
Blackberry along with games and other creative technologies has opened its
doors in the heart of the city’s creative quarter.
Red Ninja Studios based in the Baltic Triangle is already pulling
in business to Liverpool from London, working with a number of high profile
clients.
The firm created the technology behind the recently launched
Liverpool Tourism App which has already sold more than 10 thousand copies
ranking it the 16th most popular on Apple’s App Store.
Founded by CEO Lee Omar and Development Director Chris Grannell,
Red Ninja Studios held its official launch at Liverpool’s Elevator
bar.
Lee Omar said:
“We’re delighted to be successfully bidding for work in London and
bringing it back home to Liverpool especially in today’s economy. Red Ninja has
so much to offer and we’re already working in partnership with a number of
companies creating some great apps and games enhancing what the client has to
offer. We’ve been busy this last couple of months with Ticketline, Henleys and
Orange to name but a few. It’s been a lot of hard work but we’re very proud of
the high quality of creative work we’re producing and the success of the
Liverpool Tourism App has shown that. We’re looking forward to working with
many more people over the next year and are very excited about some of the
projects we will be involved in.”
