The Sutton Kersh and Thomson & Moulton Property Group are delighted to announce two new appointments within their Property and Block Management department; Rob Lawton and John Evans.
Chartered Surveyor, Rob Lawton joins the firm from 2020 Liverpool Ltd where he formerly worked as a General Practice Surveyor within the Estates Team. With over 6 years experience and a Bsc (Hons) in Property Management, an MSc in Commercial Property Management and as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he possesses a sound knowledge of the industry and will add further strength to the department that already boasts one of the largest residential property and block management portfolios in Merseyside. Rob Lawton comments, “I am extremely pleased and excited to have joined the firm that has an excellent reputation within Merseyside.”
John Evans joins the Group with over 11years experience within the property management industry and an HND in Property Management from Liverpool JMU. John Evans comments “I am pleased to be part of the Sutton Kersh and Thomson & Moulton Group who have long established success in the industry. I am enjoying the challenge of the role and look forward to my future here.”
Sutton Kersh and Thomson & Moulton would also like to congratulate Helen Karvelis from their Property Management team who recently obtained her EDI Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration and for her subsequent nomination for Achiever of the Year.
